Meet Polly Talbott

About Polly Talbott

Polly Talbott, CCP, started out baking with her grandmother as a child and continued this passion with a degree in Home Economics from Otterbein College. She has dedicated her life to the culinary arts through restaurant management, research and development, and food styling for photography in the New York Tri-State area; in 1999 she founded A la Carte Culinary Services in Lynbrook, New York. For 22 years, she owned and directed the successful cooking school, teaching people of all ages. Polly now enjoys teaching private classes and pursuing her passions, including ballroom dancing, biking, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren, Leo and Emilia, who are budding chefs themselves.
